In Management & Administrative area, we provide business coaches, corporate trainers, counselors, management consultants for short term and long term projects.

Life’s challenges are on the increase and coping with these challenges, sometimes demands enormous effort. There are times when one may need help to deal with emotional distress. Even someone who has always been able to cope well, adapt to changing situations and survive, can be overcome by a sense of helplessness and loss. It can happen to any one of us at any time.

A counsellor is someone who is there for the client as a facilitator for change, healing and growth. When a safe and trusting environment is provided, a client will discover within him/herself the capacity for growth and change. Counselling is a process of empowerment – helping individuals to be in charge of themselves and their relationships.

The Centre follows an integrative/eclectic model of counselling.

Individual Counselling: It is offered to individuals who are dealing with emotional, social, work related or family related issues.

Marital Counselling: It is available for individuals and couples struggling with difficulties in their relationships.

Family Counselling: It is available for families (parents and children) with interpersonal and relational problems.

Career Counselling: It is available for those young (and not so young) people who are at the crossroads, having to make decisions on streams of study or careers that will be most suitable for them.

School and College Students Counselling: It is available on request form schools and colleges. Specific programmes are developed based on the needs of the institution. This could include individual counselling, workshops, etc.

Professionalism and Confidentiality

We prides ourselves on providing professional services. The confidentiality of the client is respected at all times. The staff members have received extensive training in the field of mental health and are certified counsellors. All the counsellors at Consortium of Xperts also undergo ongoing counselling and supervision training to ensure services of the highest quality.

Fees

The fees are set on a sliding scale. No client is turned away due to financial constraints.
